How it works
- 1Customer places an order on your store. Pom auto-issues a capture link.
- 2They get a WhatsApp ("Pin your address") and tap through. 30 seconds later you have a pin + a verified phone.
- 3You pick a courier (or auto-assign). Driver gets the address — including a photo of the door.
- 4Delivery completes. COD reconciles itself; the customer sees the timeline at /track/<code>.
